Hygiene test

An independent study during May, 2020 of San Francisco Bay Area restaurants, grocery stores, and food delivery services reveal the second highest  potential contagion source, after person-person infection, is our food chain.

Another study by the IDDBA revealed one-third of Americans have abandoned a grocery shop visit  because of a deficiency of store cleanliness.  

A hygiene test can determine how clean a surface is, the level of effort, and attention to keep a facility clean. 

Hygiene testing is the first level of defense to check hygiene conditions, by taking necessary corrective action to help reduce the spread of bacteria and viruses from dirty surfaces
