Avoid close contact with those that are sick, even inside your house. If at all possible, maintain 6 feet between the individual who's sick and other family members.
Put distance between yourself and others outside of your home.
Cover your nose and mouth with a cloth confront when around others
You can spread COVID-19 to other people even if you don't feel sick.
Everyone should wear a cloth face cover when they have to go out in people, for example to the grocery store or to pick up other essentials.
The fabric face cover is supposed to protect other people in the event you're infected.
Can NOT use a face mask meant for a healthcare worker.
Continue to maintain about 6 feet between yourself and others. The cloth face cover is not a replacement for social distancing.
Cover coughs and sneezes
If you are in a private setting and do not have in your cloth face covering, then never forget to cover your nose and mouth using a tissue when you cough or sneeze or utilize the inside of your elbow.
Throw used tissues from the trash.
Immediately wash your hands with water and soap for at least 20 minutes. If soap and water aren't readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that comprises at least 60% alcohol.
Clean and disinfect
Clean AND disinfect frequently for coronavirus protection touched surfaces daily. Including tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter tops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
If surfaces are dirty, wash them. Use detergent or soap and water before disinfection.
